An improved work integration
clause Société du Grand Paris decided to increase
the percentage of hours worked that must
be earmarked for work integration in its
contracts. It rose to 10% in the last quarter
of 2020 for all new contracts.
ACTION 28 Foster work integration for the long-term
unemployed
The work integration clause requires companies awarded contracts
for the Grand Paris Express to earmark a minimum percentage of
the hours worked for the long-term unemployed, with the qualitative
objective of developing the skills of the beneficiaries.
This commitment is monitored by Société du Grand Paris, in
conjunction with the companies and areas affected.
Integrating people on work integration programmes
Since 2017, Société du Grand Paris has signed 12 job creation
agreements with local public territorial establishments and
inter-council partnerships in the Île-de-France region and with
other local authorities for markets outside Île-de-France.
Information kiosks have been set up locally to support the
opportunities created by the Grand Paris Express and put job
seekers in contact with local businesses, SMEs and social enterprises.
