- Psychological support unit set up
A psychological support unit was set up on
27 April 2020, running from the start of
the first lockdown for six months and then
extended until 2021. Open 24/7 to all
employees, they can talk anonymously
with clinical psychologists specialised in
counselling and support in the workplace.
- Information and prevention
Following the recruitment of a nurse in
March 2020, information and prevention
initiatives were set in motion, particularly
against the risk of Covid-19. The nurse
helped to update the biological risks section
of the unified workplace risk assessment
document (DUERP) and to distribute the
hygiene and prevention protocol for teams
visiting worksites. She was also trained
and equipped to carry out Covid-19 lateral
flow (antigen) tests when necessary.
Contact tracing within the company and
for all users of the building was set up
for at-risk close contact cases at work and
for following up cases of infections.
These users were given information and
guidance on Covid-19 issues.
