(1) A personalised flexitime system allows employees who benefit from it to choose their working hours (flexible hours, with the option of setting core hours). (2) Part-time chosen, in the FTE sense (employment rate below 100%). When it is introduced at the start of a contract, part-time work is mostly due to personal reasons. When it is introduced during an existing contract, it may be related to parenting education leave or phased retirement. (3) Excluding additional leave, long-service leave and split leave (1 to 3 days depending on the situation) and excluding public holiday bridge days.
