Information system security
approach As a result of the changes in working
methods in 2020, with the widespread shift
to remote work and the increased reliance
on digital communications, Société du
Grand Paris strengthened information
security and its data usage policy so as to
maintain trust with its stakeholders.
Information tools have been provided to
employees, including practical information
on securing communications, data and work
tools. This approach will be a priority for
2021; the aim is to heighten vigilance among
employees. An awareness campaign entitled
Information Security: We re all in this
together was launched in March 2021,
and a charter for the use of IT resources is
planned.
Other awareness-raising
initiatives for employees Other initiatives were offered to employees
to improve their day-to-day health, including
a talk on cardiovascular risk prevention
with the French Federation of Cardiology
and workshops on cardiac coherence, sleep,
posture and diet.
A high level of employee welfare
In 2017, Société du Grand Paris signed an agreement on death and disability insurance and
health care expenses, following union negotiations and consultation with the works council.
It also signed a rider to the agreement in 2019. The agreement guarantees extensive employee
insurance coverage, in compliance with the legislation and regulations that introduced the
concept of responsible policies. Société du Grand Paris has chosen to align the sick leave benefits
of non-executives with those of executives, without any length of service requirement.
Preventive actions upon recruitment
An information and prevention consultation with a healthcare provider from the occupational
health department is mandatory for all new employees. The consultation covers the employee s
state of health, information on the risks to which they are exposed on the job, and awareness-
raising on how to prevent workplace-related health problems. A personal review is then arranged
at least once every five years, except for employees with special circumstances and/or who are
exposed to specific risks.
Securing information
The information security policy is designed to protect Société du Grand Paris s confidential data,
the data linked to the Grand Paris Express and all our personal data.
