The 2019 Finance Act created 200 new jobs. This significant
budget increase had been expected and was needed to enable
better project management and achieve the government s
objectives. This growth trend will continue in the coming
years. Such dramatic growth poses major challenges for the
people involved. It means mobilising teams to recruit new
employees, on-board them, maintain the employability of
existing employees and keep them committed to the project
while treating everyone fairly.
