Uninterrupted dialogue with our stakeholders Since its inception, Société du Grand
Paris has taken particular care to place
listening and sharing information at
the heart of the project. It has in-depth
knowledge of all stakeholders
involved thanks to the dialogue it has
established and continues to maintain
with elected officials, local residents
and its partners.
Various stakeholders are involved in the construction
of the Grand Paris Express, depending on the stage
of the project and according to the procedures
specific to them. This consultation helps to identify
Société du Grand Paris s priorities with regard to
its stakeholders. These priorities are set out in
the four pillars of its CSR roadmap, in line with their
current challenges and expectations.
Stakeholder mapping, carried out for the first time
in 2017, is an essential tool for carrying out this work.
The wheel opposite shows the context of the
relationship between Société du Grand Paris and
its stakeholders, their expectations and the objectives
of their interrelationship.
