EMPLOYEES MOVED TO LE MOODS IN 2020
550 Change management plan
following relocation of teams Société du Grand Paris s transformation,
triggered by a reorganisation of the
organisational structure and a significant
increase in headcount, meant that we had to
move to new headquarters whose design
was more closely aligned with the company s
identity and matrix style of management.
Using an approach based on co-construction
and collaboration, a change management
plan was developed to support the relocation
of our 550 employees in January 2020.
Particular attention was given to the
quality and usability of facilities at the new
headquarters, while at the same time helping
employees adjust to the new features
afforded by the site.
ACTION 6 Create and maintain a positive workplace that meets employees needs
The Société du Grand Paris management team has made a major commitment to workplace
quality of life, and this was reaffirmed in 2019. From the offices, which meet the organisational
demands of the workplace, to the various opportunities for employees to speak up and have
their say, either directly or through representatives of the Social and Economic Committee,
Société du Grand Paris does everything possible to optimise employees working conditions
based on the needs of their jobs.
Société du Grand Paris decided to implement an annual internal survey to assess employee
satisfaction and well-being at work through the prism of different themes (relationships,
fairness, etc.). These surveys are used to identify strengths and weaknesses in this space and
to put in place action plans to address any areas for improvement highlighted. Société du Grand
Paris aims to take the process a step further by earning OsmoZ certification, which centres on
six societal issues: environmental health, healthy living, work-life balance, communication
and social ties, functionalities, and a collaborative approach.
