CSR roadmap and sustainable development goals
A CONSOLIDATED APPROACH
IN 2020
In 2020, Société du Grand Paris continued to
implement its CSR approach, formalised one year
earlier. The action plan resulting from its roadmap
was rolled out and distributed to all employees,
managers of the various divisions and the company s
external stakeholders.
The increase in the number of employees at Société
du Grand Paris reflects the increase in the number
of worksites. This growth in activity brings with it
increased responsibility and involves consideration
of the entire system that Société du Grand Paris
manages. Société du Grand Paris intends to carry
out its work in an environmentally friendly way
and aims to improve the socio-economic benefits
for Île-de-France residents and the stakeholders
around the project.
This is why performance objectives are currently
being defined through a process involving all
Société du Grand Paris divisions. These objectives
will be included in the CSR roadmap with a list
of actions to be undertaken and pursued for each
key issue.
The CSR method is based on five principles for action

Analyse materiality and risks
Define key performance objectives and
supplement the focus areas and action plans
Support the deployment and monitor
performance
Assess extra-financial performance.
This approach to improving the collective
performance of Société du Grand Paris is led by
a dedicated working group that includes one
representative from each executive division.
The working group is responsible for ensuring that
CSR actions are taken into account and implemented.
