Société du Grand Paris is committed to a
continuous improvement approach based on
performance analysis, transparency and
communication of its results and the achievement
of its objectives. Its CSR approach was assessed in
2020 by an independent body of experts. The
performance of Société du Grand Paris in terms of
managing its risks is monitored and assessed through
the risk management systems and the periodic
quarterly progress report. This report, based on
individual divisional reports, has been in place since
2018 and is sent to the Supervisory Board.
Around 100 indicators, which are updated and
enhanced each year and relate to social,
environmental, societal and governance issues, are
shared and analysed internally for the purposes of
continuous improvement and performance
monitoring. During 2020, work was carried out to
update the HR reporting protocols and, in particular,
the employment and integration indicators,
optimising the collection processes and the reliability
of extra-financial information. The external audits
validate the robustness of the data reported. This
optimisation process will continue in 2021.

striving to align itself closely with the current financial
and sustainable disclosure standards. This desire for
transparency also contributes to making its approach
visible to stakeholders.

by an independent third-party organisation. The audit
covered 24 cross-cutting indicators used by Société
du Grand Paris, all of which relate to Green Bond

organisation s assurance report. All the CSR data
for Société du Grand Paris will be assessed by 2023.
