A successful move and
preparation for
upcoming certifications Société du Grand Paris employees moved
into their new building at the end of
January 2020. Any remaining equipment
was installed gradually throughout the year
due to the pandemic, which disrupted
completion of the fitting out work and
delayed the planned move-in date. The
OsmoZ and HQE Operation certification
processes, to which Société du Grand Paris is
committed, have therefore been postponed
until 2021 and 2022 respectively.
Third-party audits will be carried out to
assess performance on these criteria and
ensure any required actions are followed up.
Company vehicles replaced
and electric vehicle charging
points made available Société du Grand Paris has continued to
replace vehicles in its fleet. By the end
of 2020, hybrid vehicles made up 60% of
its fleet available for business travel. The car
park located at the new offices also has
around 30 electric vehicle charging points
for employees and visitors.
Use of remote communication
technologies and electronic
documents In 2020, videoconferencing was extended
to everyone and virtual sharing spaces were
created. The most important administrative
documents are now handled electronically:
virtual and secure electronic safe for payslips,
electronic signatures, etc.
ACTION 19 Control and reduce the environmental impact of site operations and
develop best practices
Le Moods , an eco-friendly headquarters for Société du Grand Paris
Société du Grand Paris s goal was to provide its employees with a workplace environment
that ensured their comfort and well-being. It decided to move its employees to a new building,
Le Moods , and to take advantage of this opportunity to optimise its energy and environmental
performance. The new building has several certifications: HQE (high environmental quality)
certified building rated as excellent for eco-construction, eco-management and comfort,
BREEAM IN-USE Very Good certification, and the Effinergie+ certification (RT 2012 -40 %).
Raising employees awareness of eco-friendly gestures
Société du Grand Paris employees are made aware of eco-friendly gestures to help them adapt
their behaviour in the workplace and on business trips: controlling electricity consumption in
the office by being mindful of the use of the IT equipment, sorting and recycling waste, limiting
printing, etc.
Responsible travel management
Société du Grand Paris s new headquarters are located in the immediate vicinity of an RER station
to encourage both visitors and employees to use this mode of public transport. It encourages
its employees to use public transport or alternative means of transport such as bicycles.
It reimburses 90% of the cost of Navigo travel cards and 70% of the cost of season tickets
outside the Île-de-France region. A mileage allowance is paid to employees who use their own
bicycles to commute to work.
Société du Grand Paris selects vehicles for its fleet based on their fuel consumption
characteristics and gives preference to models with low CO2 emissions.
